 salt and pepper cooked over hot coals  fast seared  rare
    if your gonna take a fine cut of meat and soak it might ad well soak some hambuger
     
       just my .02  damn why ruin such a perfect piece of beef
       guess I am old and stubborn that way
       do you put ketchup on it too
