Any dog off of the Texas prison system would be a cull, they have never caught an escaped prisoner since the state quit allowing trustees to lay trails back over 10 years ago, they just dont get confirmed catches any more, there have been 3 escapes next to the ranch I own next to the max unit down here, none were trailed despite the fact that they spend thousands every year on a bunch of crossbred mongrels, the real tracking dogs are owned and trained by the federal pen system and the FBI, not the state of Texas, I am almost postive they have not found a escapee in 15 years with there dogs, they can not use prisoners to lay trails so what are they doing??? lol Were you next to a state or fed pen??
