I was contacted several times by agencies around the US who were looking for pups for man hunt training. I have had some offers to buy some pups after we discussed my stock, but I elected to not sell any pups to them. Locally around the part of the state where I live, the trainers tell me that their stock has to be completely silient. They don't want the hound giving away the handler's (on other end of lead) location. I've seen them work up close and personal, and they were all bloodhounds. They were accurate. They test them 5 days a week. That is the handler's full time job. I'm not in Texas, but I assure you that the Florida dogs do just fine with what they are designed to do.
