A good friend of mine works on the dog unit at one of the prisons around Tennessee colony, tx an they still use inmates to lay the tracks everyday... I trust this guy a lot an he says their dogs are pretty jam up.. May not be any evidence of them catchin somebody that escapes but I do not believe the dogs on their unit are culls cause if they were he would be quick to get rid of it!! Just a Lil bit I know about them..
