http://www.nytimes.com/1990/08/16/us/inmates-are-prey-in-ultimate-hunt.html?pagewanted=all&src=pm I dont beleive any inmate in a texas state prison is being used for tracking anmore, seems like i saw somewhere they passed a law or changed their policy on them, and i have never seen them using anybody for laying trails next door to where i live and drive by several times a day, something to think about when there is a escape, they are not going to get caught odds are 100 per cent in favor of the inmate, maybe they need women and men hunters like on A and E to save the state of Tecksus!!!lol
