Chris, first let me make it clear....horses ain't my think by any means at all.

Witht that being said....the old man used to talk about folks going two-three states over buying dogs to work/compete here and always laughed about it when the dogs that seemed to do best were right here but some always thought that if they got dogs from far off they would be better for some reason...not saying that is the case with you but could you find a comprable horse closer ?
