best thing i did when my papa told me to build a pack was to take free dogs and work them yourself. never heard of a free started dog unless he was dumb. ive had mutts ive picked up off the street that worked for what i like to do. its been more than two years since ive had my hands on a hog, deeply regret it but right now is not the time for me to start back up. im on coons now since the closest hogs are 4 hours south of me. best of luck to you and happy thanksgiving
