its just frickin amazing that it takes an extreme case {cases} such as the condition of the horse population in what 6 years to open the eyes of the beurocrats and bleedin hearts.and it was all politics to bring it down to it.
wonder how many more decades it will take em to figure out we need to take care of HOME ,our country, in the same manner.quit worrying about what the rest of the world is doin .
