industrial injection, ats diesel or any them other diesel tuning places may be a good place to start asking them question, but they would rather sell u a new p-pump. there is a place in waco tx that will turn them up for $1 a hp. i will have to get the name of it and repost, but im sure if your close enough to waco and wanna google diesel injection or repair shops, you could find the shop. if then p-pumps are like a 3406b cat engine, u can pull the peanut cover off, take the injection pump main gear nut off and advance it a couple teeth and keep doing it till you get to your hp rating you want.
