adamp  you are wanting to hunt like i did when i first started out . and i was very succesful running 1 plott gyp for striking [loose baying ] backed up by two hard hitting catahoulas  and a pup in training no vest just collars . like i said i did very well and i also kept the staple company in bizz . would have been alot better with a cd but i didn't think i needed one till i finally bought one and raised it from scratch . i had been whooped a few times but never lost a dog [ lucky ]  good luck at it
