I'd suggest getting a run put together. get her a good heavy chain, put a swivel on both ends, and attach that to a 50-100 ft run. Put her on that for couple hours a day and let her eat her heart out. Start cutting back on her food intake a little too. Don't starve her, but a little less here and there won't hurt. JMO
