Ivermectin... 3/10 cc for a 50-100 lb dog the first weekend of the month... given orally.

The next weekend a squirt of safeguard or strongid paste wormers... about what you'd put on your toothbrush.

If you get a dog that's real wormy, give it the safeguard three days in a row.
