Dylan, are you positive it's parvo? If not bring a couple to the vet to find out exactly what your dealing with. You can do the doctoring yourself but you would Know for sure what it is. I had a litter get real sick overnight. Their eyes were glazed over and they couldn't hold their heads up. They were passing bloody stool and dehydrated. I took a couple to the vet and it turns out they had whipworms. The wormer I was using didn't kill whip worms. The vet was sure it was parvo until she checked them out. They were eight weeks old. If I wouldn't have brought them in I would have been trying to treat parvo and probably ended up loosing them. If it is parvo, as T colt said Tiny Texas posted awhile back how to aggressively treat them. Maybe she will chime in.  Good Luck with the pups and keep us posted.
