Ruben, I don't think that cur dog rumor was Cameron I think it was Dave Dean and the hammer dogs....the Cameron dogs don't show it anyway but the hammer dogs sure do.
I remember reading in full cry about hammer1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and so on but haven't heard any more...looking at the pics back then the dogs looked nice...
Yea the looked OK ....not near as nice looking as the Cameron dogs. The hammer dogs had alot shorter ears and the few I hunted with chopped more than bawled ....made the rumor fit the hammer dogs in my mind as the Cameron dogs always seemed longer in the ear and overall houndier.
On the other hand I see why cbk seemed defensive in his post as his dogs I believe have Cameron blood.
