I'm not asking this to be complaining. I'm asking because I'm completely new to hog dogging so i know next to nothing about the sport. I ask this in total ignorance. angel

How do you lose a CD? From what I know about catchdogs they stay leashed until they go in to catch then you leash them back. It seems I hear a lot of people on here talking about losing them. Do you lose them if a bay breaks before they get catch???
