Jeffrey got that to have around as a spare vest... and sure enough, Jane's was left at home, and that was used. You just never know out there... LOL! Looks good....

I really don't know, if I had to guess, yes it is. But it has kevlar on the underside and the brest plate. It is from BassPro, but isn't very thick. I would work great for bay dogs.
