Yes that was 5 live hogs! First place was 1415 and us at second place with 1398, I never imagined needing that much weight to win! BUT, here in East Texas there are a lot of Barr hogs so you never know what might show up. Both top teams weighed in 4 Barrs! I thought we had it in the hat when we bayed 4 big Barrs together and caught and tied them all. They weighed 258, 264, 301 and 406! That's 1229lbs on 4 live hogs, usually that is enough to win, but in a contest you just never know what will show up!
