Thanks everyone. Im sure its boring reading about someone elses dogs but I was busting at the seams.  

 Yes, it is very rewarding and fun to work young dogs. They have also taught me a lot along the way. I have way more patience now.  

 Plus I have learned that dogs are still pups at a year old and still have several years before they reach full working dog status.
