Just wondering - how much exercise does the dog get?
Have you tried running her on a bike until she can't go any longer?

Work the crap out of her, make her too tired to even think about anything else, then start some training with her, don't push it, slow. Ohh and wear some boots, cause you still might have to put one to the side of her head.
I've noticed when these dogs don't have an outlet - certain issues can come up.
