Charles, Dub beat me to it. I'm in Birmingham, and same is true as Dub stated in Houston. The University Docs work at the VA. In fact the two hospitals are connected with walkways. Check the list of VA neuro and orthopedic surgeons then see if any also are staff at the University hospital or other local hospitals in your area
