well I work as a concrete super , 20 years ago it was all whte older men , I was the next generation , now days there arnt many young white people coming in to the trade and with over 3 hundred people in my company there are only 5 or so blacks , the mexicans build the majority of everything  in construction, the goverment knows there here , they pay taxs and get a return , they work , there on time , all of mine dont do drugs , family men , good people , good hearts , my opinion from hiring lots of people is that most white workers coming in the trade cry alot and are lazy or just one geared , if the construction trade  lost the  illegals it would take years train a new work force and there arnt that many legal people willing to work or learn the consructon trade , the mexicans havent got it at home and want a life or the so called american dream so they risk there life and family to get it , three days across the desert with little water , alot die and dont make it and then there are people here that could give a crap at all about work or the american  dream just sponging ,workers comp , disability when not disable , unemployment forever when theres plenty of work , robbing , cant seem to come to work on time or every day , drama out the a$$ , ect. I know that not all illegals are good people but I think the goverment should help the ones that can prove they have been employed for a period of time or  have a  way they can stay here and become a citizen  with out worring about being deported, I dislike any cry baby , lazy , sponge  black or white , ect . and from working around a lot of people over the years the mexicans are not them  ,  just my 2 cents
