LOL...I just so happend to work as a Safety Coord. at a large galvanizer once upon a time.
Use the respirator below in a well ventilated area and you should be safe from Metal Fume Fever. I would recommend a respirator in general when welding to minimize your exposure. Also, welding on stainless is where you probably have your most dangerous exposures.......Welding on stainless releases fumes that contain Hexavalent Chromium and most of the time you need more protection that the respirator below.

You will be charged by the pound and will not be as expensive as you think. You probably could get a break by doing the after-dip cleanup on your own. Lookup Sabre Galvanizing or Aztec Galvanizing, they are some of the larger companies.
