Take berries and fill a mason jar up with em. Then fill mason jar to the top with moonshine (or any other white liquor). Let it sit on a window sill for about a week, shake it around a little bit every day. Pour out the liquids and strain them. Then fill the jar with the berries up with sugar, let it sit (shake it up every day) until all the sugar is gone and there is a bunch of syrup in the bottom. Keep doing this until no more juice comes out of the berries. Put this in a different jar. Mix the liquor and the syrup until you get the taste you like. Then strain it again and add a little bit of lemon juice.
We call this the strawberry panty dropper, the women love it
Done it with strawberries, blueberrys, blackberries and imagine it would work with any kind of fruit.
