we cant make threats, but yet the government can make threats and fullfill them threats in their so called name of anti-terrorism. its ok for them say what they want, but dont let any1 say against them or do against them. its a "do as i say, not as i do" mentality when it comes to uncle sam. if its good enough for them to do it, then its good enough to be done against them.
Would you have had this sentiment if someone advocating the death of "W" or Reagan or Washington? Afterall, much fo the changes relative to anti-terorism were implemented at the request of W. Did you support threats against him?
We have long had laws that punish anyone who threatens the President. Regardless of who is holding the office, or their party affiliation. Nothing new here. My point is, that Nugent was near that line, if not over it, and that is an unwise place to be.
