It was only her second time in the pen. She is obviously out of good blood. 11 months, sure you would like her to be jam up but dogs are like people in some ways and we forget that sometimes. Maybe she was having a bad day, just felt lazy, tummy not right, any number of things. Of course it's a possibility she's not what her sister is but don't give up on her just yet.
