I have 2 red nose pit pups [ 6 months old ] both males out of my bull dogs , they never seen a hog before , we took a bay dog and they pup one at a time and they both caught solid on the ear , there mother did the same at 4 months old and these were 100lb wild hogs ,another pup same daddy diffrent mother never seen a hog until it was a year old would run around and sniff there a$$ , almost got me hurt running in on a bay with 4 200lbers and a young CD running around trying to sniff there a$$ , he has turned into a solid catch dog after hunting him all year , most people wouldnt have worked with him this long, good luck
