we was big in them for a few years. the ones we had go pretty good. silent on track and gritty to start out but after a few gashes learned to back up and bay.we learned to start them out in a pen on a big hog and they want be as catchy. if you want them gritty start them on coons letting them catch them. ive seen some good ones and some bad ones, but i liked the ones that come from scott alls i think called Dixieland jags, them made some pretty good dogs
