I drive a 6.0 ford 2003 196000 miles and kicking. Maybe cuz that year was the first transition I got lucky.

I have a 03 6.0 also and I thought I got lucky too until I hit 175,000 miles then it turned into a turd. When it happens it will cost you so I would sell it now before it breaks! Mine works but it costs a couple grand a month to keep it going.
