Personally... I would stay away from keys or cranking the torsion bars. It will cause premature wear. When you get an actualy lift it they come with parts to keep you CV and BJ angles a lot better.

The pinging might be your CV joints already and the squeks could just be dust or you may need new bushings on the front end.

with a key kit you will run into problems with wheel bearings and control arms.

to stiffen it up alil buy performance shocks some are highly expensive but you get what you pay for. i have fox gas shocks on my truck and love them
