thats rat , mouse bar bait pellets did you find them in one spot or scattered in your yard because a pack rat could take them from one spot and store them in another spot  to be eat later  if they were scattered then someone needs a woopen  i have a pack rat in my garage that i tried to kill with this stuff  found all of it stored in a box where his nest is so i quit using thinging he might  store it outside the  garage sorry to here about your dogs
