You get what you pay for. If you pay bottom dollar more then likely you'll get a crappy bred dogo. You pay high dollar you'll get a good bred dogo. Just like any other breed.
This is a huge problem with dogo "breeders" and it is a total crock of number 2.
This is the exact reason I only buy dogs from hunters not breeders.

My female dogo is the only dog I have that is not from a hunter, but her sire is also one of five Grand Champion Hunting dogos in the world. She was sent to me for FREE by a man up north, hints her nick name "yankee dog", who does not have the opportunity to prove his lines, and she is really turning it on. Its not always, get what you pay for, sometimes its "get what you work for" and this is the case with this particular dog, sometimes actually putting dogs to work and proving them goes farther than people think, and I know I am not the only person on here that has been blessed in this way. So many breeders want to buy champion dog show this and champion dog show that and breed them when they really have no idea what the heck they are doing when it comes to producing consistent dogs.

Well its a good thing I didn't say you ALWAYS get what you pay for. I said in most cases, and thats just in my opinion. I know people have great dogs that that got real cheap or for free. Hell my pops at a pit x cat cross that cost him $50 and he said its the best dog he's ever had.
