I have a 06 dodge mega cab 2500. With 37x13.50x20 nitto mud grapplers.
They should fit no problem. Where are you located? I would bet it is the plastic in the wheel well. Turn the wheels all the way and then turn the truck off so the strearing wheel lock hold them. then look at both sides to see where it is rubbing. The plastic is easy to trim.

We cut the plastic, but when I have a lot of friends in the truck it rubs pretty good
Get smaller friends or less of them Grin Dealerships sell stuff like that but they don't do the work. They send that out to a shop. Stiffer springs would help you if you want to keep your friends. Most lifts use lighter springs for more flex. They are not made for carrying extra weight. Check with a 4x4 shop and see if they can get you heavier springs. If your trans keeps going out then you need to adjust the transmission angle.

spring stoppers will fix the friend problem. i had a lowered civic that could fit 3 in the back and still not rub cause of the stoppers
