Worth the money is a debatable term.
Worth it to look cool or will it earn its money back.
They have posted several reviews on 2Cool of bunch of coolers and there are coolers that will do the same but cost less. At the end of the day if you are opening and closing it a lot... no amount of insulation can help that. The good thing about the Yeti is you can stand on them and all that stuff. They are pretty durable.
Im getting some of these for my boat in the near future. Called a Brute Box. I kind of like the name too.
http://www.bruteoutdoors.com/I get coolers for free that have soap sticks in them. They will hold a #20 for a little over two days in direct sun light 98% of the time and with me in and out of them all day. They will go a week if you don't open them. Cost around $20 if you buy them at a store.
