Man that sounds great!! Cool thing about a place like that is it's like a blank canvas. Given time and money you are able to paint your own picture. Be sure to include covered parking and a covered porch front and back. Front porch to undress and leave your muddy dog stankin clothes and back porch to sit and sip a cold one while the sun goes to bed. Congratulations.
