Justin, as purebreed said about concrete. Most finance companies are requiring a minimum of concrete footing when the beams are and on the side and ends of the mh. A full slab would be better, especialy if you want to build on top of the existing slab with water n plumbing already installed in the mud. Ck with mh sales places and or you finacial institution to find out the min requirements. Ohh, a guy i help with land clearing for his mh, the bank also required him to put in 1 of those sprinklering septic systems and he 10mls in county away from a city. Just a few things to ck out before hand. I them spetics area close 5,000 installed and probly the same for the concrete pad.
