I remember like it was yesterday. I had just got in second period (first period of the day for me cause I had just got there

). The TV went from school news to the real news and videos of the first tower smoking... I didn't even say anything... I just got up, and walked out. I lived down the street from the school and I left my Blazer in the parking lot, and walked home. As I sat down to turn the TV on and see the second plane hit... one of my buddies knocked on the door and had left school as well. Then in the next hour or so there were probably 5 more of my friends to show up just shocked. I was pretty upset, and I tried to inlist in the services but my family wasn't having it... Looking back now, I still wish I would have inlisted, but at the same time I am married with a wonderful wife and child now, so I need to count my blessings. Prayers have definitely been said for the families of the fallen. God bless them and all that were left behind. We will never forget!!!!!
