Some dogs will quiet down with age. Some wont.

By trying to make her quiet you are probably just going to mess her up.  I shock dogs just like what you mentioned to break them off of deer.

Myself, if I like the dog, I would keep it and hunt it and accept it for what it is. I hunt some open dogs and dont have any problems.  You dont have to have a silent dog to catch hogs. I hunt in the same state as you.

If you cant deal with it. Find somebody that doesnt mind.
