Alot of times two dogs will pair up and just flat out leave the country running absolutely nothing. It's like it's almost a race to them to see who can run further. I've seen dogs pair up and run over hog sign to just leave the country, it's aggravating.
Catch em up and knock the fleas off them with a lead rope and send em back in where you think there oughta be some hog sign.

This is an often overlooked part of hog dogging. Just becuase some dogs are getting real far gone don't ALWAYS mean their doing any good.
Amen! I've never owned one (thank you lord!) but heard about dogs just blowing out of the box and not stopping. Got to be aggravating! Especially when you know there's good sign close by!
