I have spoke to the game wardens and trinity river park rangers at the locks in wallisville right before anahuac! The part of the marsh right off Ih-10 before and after the trinity you have to have a permit! But I had a permit an they took it an now are saying that they don't know if they will extend permits to the public anymore! Now if you own land or have permission from a person that owns land IN the marsh then you can hunt the body of land that your property connects to! So if you don't have written permission to hunt the marsh I wouldn't cuz one day you will b caught and you will loose everything you are using to hunt that moment!
