here ya go
1 design ruff cut and grind out my patern to steel
2 complete anneal and normalize steel
3  final grind shape, drill holes and make my mark
4 normalize again
5 bring the blade up to just past nonmagnetic ,around 1475 check it ,backin the forge for just a bit longer
6 quench in oil or water, depends on steel and design ,size
7 into a preheated oven at 400 for 2 hrs. let cool ,back in for 2 more
8 heres where i differ from most knive makers,i start my bevel grinds. notice after HT less chance of warpage ,stat with 60 grit ,180,400,700.anything after that is  a waste in my opinion cause a workin blade is gonna get scratched
9 tape up blade
10  cut grind and pin bolster
11 cut a semi finish scales for fit
12  epoxy scales to tang and pin or screw
13  bring em all to gether with 180 grit then 400 ,then buff
14 PUT FINAL EDGE ON last thing

there ya have it nuttin to it Grin

ive made a few blades with just a torch but they were small

one more time in english  Grin
