several different reasons mainly just cause ive only had a few ive completley trusted it takes along time for me to get there with one and when you do find the one like that u end up losing them and it takes forever to find another one like that i had him from a pup and i just wouldnt trust an older one to be introduced into my pac without conflict so in general simply cause i dont have time to wait 16 mos and raise a catch dog, wich i do have a pup but thats what he is a pup, i need a dog thats not so hard to socialize at an older age not saying they all are jmo
