I have half a degree (even worse than having no degree IMO because it makes it seem like you don't stick with what you start). But I'm doing very well at 21 I'll make over 60K this year and have a 401K, insurance, unit shares, vacation , sick time...everything any regular jobs gonna give you. I have a job in the field I was going to school for whereas many of the guys I was going to school with are still doing whatever job they had before (I was going at night). Point being hard work will put you to work.
One thing I've noticed though is females have a WAY harder time without a degree because they can't/won't do the type of work males can.
If I went back to school it'd DEFINITELY be for engineering I can't imagine a better degree...I also can't use those damn graphing calculators which ended my math career lol
