I have a pogo which is 1/4 pit 3/4 dogo and he is far from slow if a hog breaks hes going with it and will come back with the other dogs if they comeback but i dont hunt short range dogs i hunt long range dogs so most of the time i go to them my pogo is fast not slow theres pits out there that is slow and boneheads and there are dogos out there that is fast...
