I'm in the same boat with one of my jagds which are notorious for being trashy.  It generally only happens to me when I don't put them down in fresh sign or hot track. A lot of people disagree but to me as long as they don't just flat try to run a deer or dig to an armadillo or worse yet quit a hog for something else then a little scolding works best. When I would hollar they used to come back and get scolded then I'd redraft them. As they got older they'd just move on and it happens less and less.
