Troy

The dog I asked about above I believe is your Crush dog?  If that's correct?
Couple questions if you would be kind enough to endulge me.

Who are the sire/dam to him Thoms or Wright bred?

Crush was bred by Randy Wright, his parents are Wrights Cattlemaster and Wrights Driftin Cowgirl...

One pic he looks to be closer in to the herd and pushing hard. Is he grittier than the rest?

He's plenty gritty but I would guess that our Thoms bred male "Happy" is our grittiest.....he was hurt quite badly on a big hog boxing day last year and it took a couple of days for Baden to find him.  This scared the crap outta us given the amount of money we have invested in them...so we rested him off hogs for a while...nearly a year...until we new that Happy would be able to be a stud dog if Crush got killed... he wears a garmin alpha now and gets a correction when he catches...we do not want him to get killed

If he is used on hogs?  What are the average hunt radiuses he maintains without being in fresh sign?

He's mainly used on cattle (as above) he's had 3-4 decent pig hunts.  We mainly work him off the truck, he has a good tracking nose for the work that he's been given but not enough to tell how far he'll wind them.  We have kept four of his pups (I think) two older sons are working well.  My Crush - son (Randy) has a very good tracking nose.

Nose....mainly track or wind?  See above...

Thanks brotha.  No worries mate.....
