But this rule aggregates me. Its like saying no dogs But curs are allowed in the competition. No hounds,bird dogs, or Dogos.

Not quit.  A Barr is an animal that has been altered or influenced out of its natural state.

"Breeds of dogs" or and other view points about "feed lot hunting" and such do not impact the natural state of the animal. 

A true and equal competition should be based on unaltered or influenced animals in their natural state.
