I used to have the same problem, thought it was parvo killing all my pups when I was religiously giving the 7 way shot 3 times just like the others posted, then started giving the 8 way with corona about 3-4 years ago and have not lost a pup since! Even the Vet was kind of baffled at my results!
I'd never heard of the 8 way shot til this site. I've always given the 7 way shot and didn't even really do that when I was growing up watching my dad and uncle with dogs. Gyp had her puppies running loose in the barn somewhere or under the shed, what we saw coming out in a few weeks is what there was.
I'm in Louisiana and locally you don't just buy the 8 way shot at the feed store like you do in Texas I guess. I've still yet to see one or find one anywhere around besides the vet. Makes me wonder how we even raised pups back then.
