Stop a runner ?

I agree that there gonna stop when they want to. But when they break a bay there not gonna want to quit running until they feel there away from the dogs and safe. Now when u say your dog "will stop a runner" usually if it's a bay it'll bite the nuts or ass and get that pig to stop and fight or get it to quit running. Now like you said you run stags I'm guessing they catch the pig once they get to it weather it's on the ass or ear. Right? Cats. Curs or whatever your bays are will, bite then let go and go back to baying until it'll go to run. if they're gritty.
