I'm poor but have made collars out of all kinds of
stuff "everything mentioned" fire hose works best
I think it has rubber backing and pretty stout when you
Put 2 pieces together put rubber backing against each other
With 2 nylon orange collars riveted on. Cost about 12$ a piece to make
Unless. You allready have the collars to rivet on
