I have a two month old sow piglet that I caught a couple weeks ago and I had the same question. The first thing they recommend at tractor supply since she was young was a milk replacement "nurseall" I think it's called. They naturally weene themselves I've heard and had the same happen to me. Your supposed to give them the bottle 2-4 times a day and let them feed till they quit. After they reject the bottle or you weene them off at 5-8 weeks, slowly introduce a mash of water, milk ( whole milk if their under wait like mine was) and mini pig mazuri piglet feed but I would think any pig feed would work. Then slowly work to solids. But then I had the trouble of getting her to drink water and she got dehydrated and hot. I did a little research and saw that if you put the water in whatever there used to eating out of and not feed them as much so there hungry there going to drink from it no matter what because of hunger. Worked for me great and putting water on her didn't do anything but make it squel and run. Now she's getting fat and fat and running around with my pups. Hope this helps
